1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service apply to your purchase and use of the First 10 Recurring Clients System and related digital materials sold through Recurring Client Systems.
The store is operated by SNIPVALLC.
2. PRODUCT
The First 10 Recurring Clients System is a digital business education and implementation system designed for residential cleaning business owners.
It includes digital guides, training videos, workbooks, calculators, trackers, scripts, templates, and related implementation tools.
No physical product is included.
3. LICENSE
After successful purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own internal business purposes.
You may customize and use the included templates, calculators, trackers, scripts, messages, and tools inside your own residential cleaning business.
You may not:
• Resell or redistribute the product or its files.
• Sublicense the materials.
• Upload the materials to public file-sharing platforms.
• Share the training or files as a substitute for another person's purchase.
• Repackage, rebrand, or sell the materials as your own commercial digital product.
Purchase of the product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in the product.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for adapting all pricing assumptions, service scopes, calculations, client communications, templates, examples, and implementation decisions to your own business and circumstances.
5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
The product is provided for business education and implementation purposes.
It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, regulatory, investment, or financial advice.
Where professional advice is required, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
6. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Recurring Client Systems and SNIPVALLC do not guarantee any specific number of clients, bookings, recurring clients, revenue, profit, rankings, reviews, or other business results.
Results depend on implementation, local demand, pricing, service quality, competition, availability, market conditions, and other factors.
7. DIGITAL DELIVERY
The product is delivered electronically through Shopify Digital Products after successful payment.
Delivery and access are also subject to our Digital Delivery Policy.
8. REFUNDS
Refund requests are governed by the published Refund Policy.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The product may discuss or reference third-party platforms, websites, software, or services.
Those third parties operate independently and may change their pricing, policies, features, availability, or functionality at any time.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the original materials included in the First 10 Recurring Clients System are protected intellectual property belonging to SNIPVALLC.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
